Refunds or replacements for physical product orders are available only when Poland Bulldog Clothing Company is at fault (e.g., delivery failure, damage, missing or incorrect items) and must follow the conditions below:

a. Order Delays
If an order shows no tracking information, remains pending or in transit, or expires beyond:
- 45 days (U.S. orders)
Poland Bulldog Clothing Company will, at its discretion, resend the product or issue a refund.

b. Delivered Orders
Refunds/replacements will not be processed if tracking indicates the order was delivered.
If the package was not received, a non-delivery certification from the carrier/postal authority is required.

c. Damaged Products
A full refund or replacement will be issued if items arrive damaged.
​Must be reported within 30 days of delivery with valid photo or video evidence submitted to Poland Bulldog Clothing Company.

d. Incorrect or Missing Products
A full refund or replacement will be issued for incorrect or missing items.
​Requires photo or video evidence within the applicable timeframe.

e. Order Cancellation
A full refund is available if the order is canceled before processing or shipping.
​Certain products (e.g., Print-on-Demand or preorder inventory) cannot be canceled once payment is made.

f. Refund Eligibility Window
Refunds/replacements are only possible if payment was made within 90 days prior to the refund request.
​Any order older than 90 days is automatically ineligible, regardless of the reason.

Size Issues Policy
If you received an item in a different size than what you originally ordered, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Here's how to proceed:

Poland Bulldog Clothing Company will issue a refund or reshipment at no additional cost if:
- The size received is different from what was selected at checkout
- You can provide the required evidence

What We Need From You
To confirm the issue, please submit:
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing the size you received (e.g., a product label or tag)
- A screenshot of the original order showing the size selected at checkout

Once verified, Poland Bulldog Clothing Company will take care of the refund or replacement for you.

Refund/ Replacement Limitations
If the correct size was sent and a size chart was available on the product page, Poland Bulldog Clothing Company cannot offer a refund or replacement, even if the item doesn’t fit as expected.

Returns for fit issues are not accepted unless Poland Bulldog Clothing Company made a mistake in fulfilling the order.
